Property management is free. We don’t charge a commission or property management service fees.
We’ll never miss a rent payment. We ensure rent payments for the property are paid in full for the duration of the terms of the Property Agreement.
We provide a comprehensive social service support network to our tenants. Being in regular contact with our team helps them in sustaining their tenancy long-term.

We conduct property inspections every 3 months and provide inspection reports along with photos.
We re-tenant quickly so there is minimal to no loss in rent.
We’ll look after your property. At the conclusion of the Property Agreement, we will ensure the property is returned in a good/clean condition in line with fair wear and tear at the end of the tenancy.
